ORIGINAL HOUSE

Nestled in a quiet corner of a quaint suburban neighborhood, Keepsake Homes created a comfortable living space for one of their valued customers back in 1994. In 2006, the customers decided to add a two story addition onto the end of the home. Keepsake Homes can guide you through the complete project--from the design and financing phase to the completion of the project.

ADDITION

We added a two story addition onto the existing home which included a bedroom with a walk in closet on the second floor and a family room on the first floor.  The customers wanted the exterior of the home to be different than the existing home so we added some stone and stucco to make the addition look unique.

ORIGINAL HOUSE

In the Historic Distric of Wyomissing, PA, Keepsake Homes had a challenging addition to build.  The homeowners wanted to replace the garage with a living area and tie the existing home to the new addition while keeping with the historical look  of the neighborhood.

ADDITION

We added a two story addition where the garage once was.  We tied the two together with a one story foyer and a deck on top that comes out from the second floor of the addition.  The ceilings are 10' high and the second floor has a cathederal ceiling.  The customers put skylights on the back part of the roof, installed a custom fireplace with a custom cabinet around the fireplace.  This truly was a unique custom addition.
