My husband and I are extremely pleased with the quality of our new home from Keepsake. We chose the Rainbow model since we were downsizing now that the kids are all grown and flying the nest. We are no strangers to new construction since my husband and I had our last home built with a private contractor and each of us had homes previously that were both built by private contractors. In our experience, Keepsake was the easiest contractor to deal with. They walked us through each step of the building process in a very professional manner. We had a site supervisor assigned to us that kept us abreast of the progress every step of the way. As with any new construction, there will always be bumps in the road when dealing with subcontractors. Whenever that occurred, Keepsake was prompt in handling the situation and offered a quick resolution each time.  The quality of the materials  included in their base price is above what many contractors use.

On behalf of my husband and myself, we want  to thank the Keepsake staff for a wonderful experience. We are thrilled with and are totally enjoying our new home. If you are looking for a quality home to be built at a very affordable price, we highly recommend them!
